The Exhibition Manager system is a powerful Web application for managing exhibitions, conferences and other events. The system includes:

Easy Online Event Set-up Wizard
Give your event a web presence quickly and easily, including dates, venue information, overview page and sponsorship logos. Add content to the event as it becomes available.

Colour Scheme Editor
Event colours can be changed in seconds to match promotional literature.

Visitor and Exhibitor Data Collection
Underlying SQL Server database stores exhibitor records, visitor registrations, event timetables, dates, times, venues and other event management information. Comprehensive data export facilities - export invoices, order lists and visitor registrations into Access or Excel using the CSV export facility.

Online Form Management System
Editors can create booking forms, online catalogues, order forms and registration forms directly without using external software tools, and with no programming skills required. Form submissions are stored in the underlying Exhibition Manager database and can also be emailed to administration staff as required.

Multi-Lingual Capabilities
A comprehensive translation system allows all Exhibition Manager content to be provided in multiple languages. Full native Unicode support allows use of extended character sets such as Cyrillic and Arabic.

Online Website Content Management
Editors can log in to the site and create, edit and translate content directly, using a WYSIWYG HTML editor built in to the web site's administration sector. Support for direct linking to documents in Adobe PDF format - Application contracts and legal documents can be downloaded by your clients, printed and returned. Updated floor plans can be uploaded in minutes, ensuring your potential exhibitors always have access to the latest floor layouts.

Sophisticated User Access
Selective content delivery. The Exhibition Manager navigation system on detects whether a visitor has logged in, or is a representative of a registered exhibitor, and can offer specialist content such as registration forms and detailed timetable information accordingly.

Powerful Administration Tools
The Exhibition Manager comprehensive security model allows you to control the level of administrative privileges on a per-event, per-language, per-user basis. Editors can work on a specific event without access to other events or areas of the site. Form tracking. Ability to view the completion status of compulsory exhibitor forms. Form reminders. Automatically email outstanding exhibitors a week before the form deadline; automatically notify administration staff of outstanding submissions when the deadline passes.
