An Intranet is an internal web site that enables your staff to access your business databases and shared company resources through a standard web browser. X-RM provides custom Intranet solutions that are designed for your indiviual needs and business processes.

• Access to shared documents on file servers and in document management databases.
• Paperless processes; provision of on-line database driven forms and PDF forms to eliminate unnecessary printing and paperwork.

• Restricted access; provision of secure areas for staff within individual business functions (e.g. sales, finance, etc.) to access web enabled processes and data within their departmental databases, e.g. ERP/MRP/Accounting systems, CRM systems and other.

• Custom database, workflow email applications; for example, you may require a process for viewing data captured from customers or suppliers through your public web site, that also delivers alerts and reports to key individuals or teams when an action or approval is required.

• Messaging integration; implementation of email messaging for all web-enabled processes so that email alerts, updates and reminders are automatically sent to key individuals or teams via their desktop (e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes) and by sending SMS alerts to a mobile device.
