OPPORTUNITY:
We are adding a new web developer position as we grow our Winchester based website development company. You will be joining a small team of experienced Microsoft ASP.NET website developers to work on a wide variety of interesting projects. The role represents an opportunity to work on a variety of new and existing website projects for both small local customers through to large corporations. Projects may often require you to learn a new skill or technology and often involve close collaboration with our customers at both the design, development and support phases. We would offer a competitive base salary depending on the candidate's skill and experience level, as well as performance related bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS:
You should have a broad web development skill-set and should possess the the ability to design and create new applications from scratch with solid design and architecture. Our ideal candidate would have good qualifications and a computer science degree (2:1 or higher). You should have at least 2 years of web development experience and you should be familiar with ASP.NET, Microsoft .NET framework (C#), MS SQL Server, web services, HTML/CSS and JavaScript/AJAX/JQuery. Skills in MVC, WCF and Entity Framework would also be useful.

You should understand the importance of design patterns, web standards and source code control. Basic graphics manipulation skills (Adobe Photoshop) for the purposes of skinning websites and creating basic UI elements are also desirable.

You must be motivated, flexible and have strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment. You must be willing to work full-time from our offices in Winchester.

BENEFITS:
A competitive base salary, with profit sharing, will be paid to the right candidate depending on experience level. All employment contracts include 4 weeks holiday (20 days) plus statutory holidays.
