project development, database development, e-commerce and back office integration.
Good A-Levels, computer science degree (2:1 or better) from redbrick universities
or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience on Microsoft development platform.
Background will include database design, SQL Server, Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET,
web services, HTML/CSS and JavaScript/AJAX. Adobe Photoshop and graphics skills desirable.
PERSONAL SKILLS: The successful applicant will work well in a team and be
flexible, highly motivated and have strong interpersonal skills.

Winchester based software development company with exciting new product launch is
looking for an highly-capable sales and marketing professional to join our team.
Responsibilities include selling and marketing specialised products and custom software
solutions.
X-RM is an established provider of Publishing, Catalogue/Directory Management and
E-Business solutions and has developed an advanced web-based product for secure
document access and distribution applications within Enterprise and SME clients.
The company is currently rolling out an online service based on this technology
for the UK Public Relations industry in partnership with a leading publisher in
this sector. We are now looking for an individual with the right skills to generate
sales in other target industries.
The right candidate will have a good degree from a reputable university and a minimum
of 4 years commercial experience which must include a sales track record. An outgoing
personality, experience and interest in new technologies and a capacity for creative
thinking are a definite advantage.
Primary job responsibilities are:
