Sales and Marketing Executive -£25K-35K base OTE: £70K
Winchester, Hampshire (city centre)
Winchester based software development company with exciting new product launch is looking for an highly-capable sales and marketing professional to join our team. Responsibilities include selling and marketing specialised products and custom software solutions.
X-RM is an established provider of Publishing, Catalogue/Directory Management and E-Business solutions and has developed an advanced web based product for secure document access and distribution applications within Enterprise and SME clients. The company is currently rolling out an on-line service based on this technology for the UK Public Relations industry in partnership with a leading publisher in this sector. We are now looking for an individual with the right skills to generate sales in other target industries.
The right candidate will have a good degree from a reputable university and a minimum of 4 years commercial experience which must include a sales track record. An outgoing personality, experience and interest in new technologies and a capacity for creative thinking are a definite advantage.
Primary job responsibilities are:
- Business development: prospecting and sales calls
- Demonstrate software on-site for potential customers
- Proposal preparation, following up and closing
Your skills and experience should include:
- Ability to work in a strong technical team
- Excellent account management skills
- Proven ability to sell
