The website database can be kept up to date using the integrated content management system, or by automatically synchronising nightly with our Directory Management Systems or an external data source of your own. Entry holders can also update their own entry directly in the site using a secure login, where any changes they make to their personal details and company profile flow back to the system through a moderation and approval process that you control.

If a production management system is implemented, content supplied by entry holders through your directory website drive automatic notifications to let you know that new information is ready to review, approve and work on.
