Our Production Management Systems can be supplied either standalone, or as part of our Directory Management System. They allow you to see at-a-glance, what needs to be
done to finalise the next edition of your publication. You can see exactly which entries have been updated for this cycle, or which entries you’re still waiting on to
supply you with their new information. This is all displayed on a searchable, filterable website interface your whole team can access from anywhere.
A detailed “activity record” for each entry acts like a CRM system and lets you see all the communications you’ve had with your client and exactly when those
communications and notifications took place. The summary panel and reports screens give you a real-time count of which entries are in which state, so you know exactly
what you need to do next. Customer emails and notifications can be sent directly from the system, so there’s no need to go searching through Outlook next time you want
to know where you got to.
The main interface displays exactly what needs to be done next, organised by priority or due date. Records will have their due date displayed and a coloured status
display lets you quickly spot the entries which need your attention. Completed items are automatically hidden from the default view.
The production management system can integrate with both our Directory Management Systems and the Directory Websites we create. This means that if users supply their
copy via your public-facing website, that it can automatically update the production system to let you know the new information is ready for you to review, approve
or work on.
