portfolio, from a single site to many sites dispersed over a large area, e.g. a

ASP and Installed Solutions
Deployments can incorporate all modules or selected functionality depending

installed system or ASP (application service provider) solution, where all

Industry Specific Solutions
Universities and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)
A specialised version is available for UK Universities and HEIs that provides
fully integrated functionality for the capture and reporting of HEFCE Estates
Management Statistics (EMS) data. The EMS module enables estates departments to
capture and calculate all required EMS data at several levels - site, building,
floor and room - depending upon the actual level of space and condition
information available.
Local Authorities
Another version of the FM Suite is optimised for use by local authorities to
manage their Housing, Corporate and Civic property portfolios, including
tracking of property data by UPRN (Unique Property Reference Number) and
integration with GIS / terrier systems.
Custom Development
Each version of the FM suite is designed to be highly extensible and readily
customisable, enabling them to be rapidly and cost effectively optimised to
