Custom Meta Fields and Sets

Meta sets are collections of custom fields defined by the system administrator and are used to hold additional information for documents of a particular type or use. Examples include artwork files or MS Office files associated with a particular project or contract.

Users can assign a meta set when uploading a new document and view the metadata for a document using the Meta Tab in several views. Users can also include any custom field in searches created using the Dynamic Query Builder contained in Advanced Search.
