The intuitive, point and click interface in SetSecure makes it easy to add and manage new folders, subfolders, group and users and set user permissions from anywhere, at any time, using a standard web browser.
SetSecure administrators can:
- Set up log in, password and other details for SetSecure users and set their access rights.
- Utilise the default settings for new users or specify exactly who will be able to see, modify or add folders or document files. Depending on the level of control required over your digital materials, you can, with a few mouse clicks, create an open working environment or a tightly controlled hierarchical system.
- Create sub level administrators so that they can create subfolders and new users in their own domain. Sub level administrators can in turn create further sub level administrators at a lower level.
- Delegate administration permissions so that sub level administrators in particular departments, project teams and even client companies can create and manage users and folders within their own domain.
