SetSecure enables the system administrator to create groups that can, for example, relate to departments, project teams, clients or suppliers, enabling multiple users to access the same folders.
Folder access and administration permissions are defined at a folder level and can be granted to individual users and groups.
Folder permission levels include the facility to view, edit, delete and add new folders.
File permission levels include the facility to view, edit, delete and upload files in the selected folder.
This allows you to create project or departmental based teams with access to the full system or specific folders only.
Folder security is also hierarchical so new a sub folder will automatically inherit the access permissions set for the parent folder, reducing administration overhead.
